FISCHER FARMS

Located in Old Louisville, this master-planned neighborhood, is the result of over three years of close collaboration with the City of Louisville, the surrounding neighborhood, and our architects and engineers. Over forty percent of the land at Fischer Farms was preserved as open space, and eight generously sized lots (average 18,500 sf per lot) were constructed.

The homes designed and built for Fisher Farms bring the Craftsman style and history back to life. Wood brackets, generous trim, expansive wrap-around porches, shingle siding and stone wrapped columns all lend to the strong architectural character of these homes.
