1944 TOWNHOUSES The 1944 Townhouse project is a four-unit townhome development centrally located between the University of Colorado and Boulder’s downtown Pearl Street Mall. The design is a fresh interpretation of the historic Victorian style that is characteristic of the neighborhood and incorporates many green building and energy conservation features, including solar panels. To further appeal to discriminating students and young professionals, the townhouses are conveniently situated one block from Boulder’s Bike Path along Boulder Creek and are adjacent to local bus service. The building also artfully screens eight covered parking spaces below the four townhouse units. |
